Owner-operator acquisition
I'm looking to buy one great business, and run it myself.
Beaconway Holdings is how I plan to find, buy, and personally lead one established company. If you've built something you're proud of and you're thinking about what comes next, I'd love to hear your story. I'm here to carry forward what you built, look after your people, and help it keep growing for years to come.
What you can expect
A personal, people-first approach
I'll run it day to day
I'll be in the business every day, learning from you and your team and earning their trust.
Your people and name stay
Your employees are the reason the business works. I plan to keep the team, the brand, and the customer relationships you've built.
A clear, fair process
I'll walk you through each step, share how I'm thinking about value, and answer every question openly along the way.
Confidential from day one
I'm happy to sign an NDA before we talk details, and our conversations stay between us.
About me
Sikendar Arshad
I've spent more than 12 years leading technology and operations teams, from large enterprises to public-sector organizations where reliability isn't optional. I've run operations, managed budgets and vendors, and built teams that keep critical systems running every day.
I also started and run my own consulting business, so I know what it takes to win customers, make payroll, and stand behind the work. My training is in accounting, so I read a P&L the way an owner does.
Now I want to put that experience to work in one company: keeping what already works, and bringing better systems, technology, and steady leadership to help it grow.
What I look for
An established business with a great team
These are guidelines, not hard rules. If your business fits some of this, I'd still be glad to hear from you. Great companies rarely match a checklist exactly.
Financials
$500K+In annual earnings. Smaller businesses with strong margins or growth are always welcome to reach out.
Qualities I value
- A long track record and a good local reputation
- Repeat or recurring customers

- Clean, consistent financials
Location
Within about 75 minutes of South Jersey
I'll be in the business every day, so I'm focused on companies close to home.
IT & managed services
Companies that keep other businesses running, especially managed service providers with monthly contracts, service-level agreements, and long-term client relationships.
Home & healthcare services
Businesses that care for people where they live, with trained caregivers and strong referral relationships.
Home services & trades
Licensed field-service companies with loyal residential or commercial customers and service agreements.
How it works
From first call to closing
Every sale is different, but this is the usual path and how long each step takes.
- Step 130 minutes
Introductory call
A confidential phone or video call where we get to know each other, talk about your business and your plans for succession, and decide whether there's a fit.
- Step 2About 1 week
Financial review and initial value
After signing an NDA, I'll ask for basic financials, usually three years of P&Ls and tax returns, and come back with a ballpark value range for your business.
- Step 3About 3 weeks
Deeper look and letter of intent
If we both want to keep going, I'll ask for more detail and send a letter of intent covering price, structure, and your role in the transition. We agree on the terms together and sign it.
- Step 460 to 90 days
Final diligence
We confirm the financial, legal, and operational details and finalize the purchase agreement. You keep running the business.
- Step 5Closing day
Close and celebrate
We sign the final documents, the funds are wired, and we celebrate a lifetime milestone. A transition plan we build together keeps your customers and team on steady ground.
From first call to closing usually takes three to four months.
Common questions
What owners usually ask
Are you a private equity firm?
No. Beaconway Holdings is my own company. I'm looking for one business that I'll run myself and own for the long term.
What happens to my employees?
I plan to keep the team. The people who already know your customers and your work are the most valuable part of the business.
Do I have to stay on after the sale?
Usually for an agreed transition period, often a few months, to introduce me to customers and staff. We decide the length and your role together.
Will our conversations stay confidential?
Yes. I'm glad to sign an NDA before reviewing any information, and I'll only reach out to your employees, customers, or vendors with your permission.
I'm not ready to sell yet. Should I still reach out?
Absolutely. Many of the best conversations start a year or two before a sale. I'm happy to explain how the process works, answer questions, and stay in touch on your timeline.
